Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of primary myelofibrosis or myelofibrosis that came after polycythemia vera or essential thrombocythemia.
  • Your myelofibrosis is classified as intermediate-2 or high risk based on a standard scoring system (DIPSS).
  • You are either currently taking momelotinib without a good response, or you have low hemoglobin (below 10 g/dL) or low platelet counts (below 100,000 per microliter) and are starting momelotinib.
  • You have not taken bomedemstat or other LSD1 inhibitors before.
  • You are not using any blood thinners or NSAIDs (like aspirin or ibuprofen) if your platelet count is low.
