Who can take part
- You have a condition called heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH), which causes very high cholesterol.
- You are between 30 and 60 years old.
- You had a heart artery calcium score (CAC) and a CT scan of your heart arteries at least 5 years ago, and both were done at the same imaging center (ICT de la Pitié Salpetrière).
- You did not have chest pain with exercise at the time of that previous CT scan.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a severe allergy to contrast dye or other medical conditions that would make a CT scan risky.
