Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • This is your first hip replacement (only one hip done).
  • You have a high fear of movement or exercise because of your hip.
  • You are generally healthy (no serious heart, nerve, or metabolic conditions, and no cancer).
  • You can commit to a 6-month follow-up after discharge.
