  • Scheduled for hip replacement surgery on one side due to arthritis or developmental hip dysplasia
  • Between 50 and 75 years old
  • No previous hip replacement on either side
  • Able to participate in video-based rehab sessions from home
  • No severe heart, nerve, or metabolic conditions
  • Body mass index (BMI) of 35 or less
