Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 60 years old
  • Your stroke happened between 6 months to 2 years ago
  • You can stand up and sit down without help
  • You can walk at least 10 meters (a little more than 30 feet) with or without a walking aid
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, muscle, or bone conditions that would make walking hard
