Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a diagnosis of MAFLD (fatty liver disease related to metabolism) confirmed by imaging or biopsy.
  • You must have at least one follow-up imaging or biopsy at least one year after your diagnosis.
  • You cannot have other serious liver diseases like hepatitis B or C, or alcoholic liver disease.
  • For specific parts of the study, you may need to have certain heart or liver conditions.
