  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with MASLD by a liver doctor
  • Your FibroScan (liver stiffness test) shows a score of 8 or higher
  • You own a smartphone with a data plan
  • You are not drinking more than 14 units of alcohol per week
  • You are not currently pregnant or planning pregnancy
