  • You are between 20 and 45 years old
  • You are part of the Washington State Twin Registry
  • You are willing to follow a special diet for one week and be overfed or underfed as part of the study
  • Your eating habits are different from your twin's
  • You do not have serious health problems like diabetes or gallbladder disease
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or going through menopause
