Who can take part

  • You are 60 years old or older
  • You live in one of four chosen communities in rural Phu Tho province, Vietnam, at least 10 km apart from each other
  • You or someone close to you (like a family member or doctor) is worried you might have mild memory or thinking issues, even if you haven't been formally tested for dementia
  • You can understand what the study involves and agree to take part
  • You have not joined another dementia study recently, do not have severe memory or thinking problems, and are not in hospice or being treated for a terminal illness
  • You have not seen or helped create digital storytelling before
