Who can take part
- You have a type of bile duct or gallbladder cancer that cannot be removed with surgery but has not spread to other parts of the body
- You have not had any previous chemotherapy or immunotherapy for this cancer
- You are 18 years or older and able to get out of bed and do light activities (ECOG 0 or 1)
- Your liver, kidneys, and blood cell counts are within certain healthy ranges
- You agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner can become pregnant
- You have no active autoimmune disease, such as lupus or severe rheumatoid arthritis, and no history of lung inflammation
