- Had a single stroke that only affected one side of your body
- Stroke happened between 2 weeks and 5 years ago
- Able to walk on your own, with or without a cane or walker
- No metal implants, pacemaker, or cochlear implant in your body
- No history of seizures or epilepsy
- No uncontrolled health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, or kidney disease
