Who can take part

  • You had a stroke that causes weakness on one side of your body, and it has been more than 3 months since that stroke.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • Your arm and hand muscles are not too tight (spasticity) and you can move your shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand through a functional range of motion.
  • You are able to follow simple two-step instructions.
  • You do not have any implants in your head, a pacemaker, a history of seizures, or serious uncontrolled medical problems.
