Who can take part

  • You are over 50 years old
  • You have been referred to a specialist for knee osteoarthritis care
  • You have not had or are not planning to have knee replacement surgery in the affected knee
  • You do not have uncontrolled serious medical conditions (like unmanaged heart disease or diabetes)
  • You can understand Norwegian and read/use a smartphone
  • Your knee pain is not from recent injury (your injury happened more than 6 months ago)
