Self-regulation exercises for women with ADHD and stable bipolar disorder

This study tests how six different self-regulation techniques affect your body and brain during one session. It's designed for women with both ADHD and stabilized bipolar disorder who have been off psychiatric medications for at least two years.

Who can take part

  • You have both ADHD and bipolar disorder (type I or II) and haven't had an active mood episode for at least 2 years.
  • You have not taken any psychiatric medications (like mood stabilizers, antidepressants, or ADHD meds) for at least 2 years.
  • You do not have any long-term physical health problems (like heart, brain, or metabolic diseases).
  • You are a non-smoker and have a regular sleep schedule.
  • You have no night-shift work in the past week, and you can do moderate exercise on a stationary bike.
