  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have at least 2 signs of alcohol use disorder (like strong cravings or trouble cutting back)
  • You drink at a level that is considered medium or high risk for health problems
  • You are willing to try to reduce your alcohol intake
  • You are not currently using illegal drugs (except nicotine or caffeine)
