Zovaglutide study in people with kidney problems

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 19 and 32.
  • You have had stable chronic kidney disease for at least 3 months (or have normal kidney function for the healthy group).
  • Your kidney function level (eGFR) falls into one of the allowed ranges (normal, mild, moderate, or severe impairment).
  • You do not have a history of pancreatitis, medullary thyroid cancer, certain mental health conditions, or active cancer in the last 5 years.
