Who can take part

  • You must be a healthy adult between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 24.0 and 35.0.
  • Men must weigh more than 60 kg (about 132 lbs) and women more than 55 kg (about 121 lbs).
  • You cannot have a history of heart rhythm problems, pancreatitis, certain thyroid cancers, or other major health conditions.
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or have used weight-loss medications recently.
