This study tests whether adding a weight-loss medication (tirzepatide) to a biologic (ixekizumab) helps people with psoriatic arthritis and overweight or obesity. You will need to have biopsies of joint tissue and fat to see how the treatment affects inflammation.

Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old and have been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) for at least 6 months.
- You currently have at least 3 swollen and 3 tender joints (including dactylitis – a swollen whole finger or toe).
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 27 or higher.
- You have not previously taken tirzepatide (Mounjaro) or any other GLP-1 medication, or ixekizumab (Taltz).
- You are willing to have small tissue samples taken (biopsies) from a joint, fat, and possibly skin under local anesthetic, at least twice.
