Beetroot extract for blood pressure and exercise in older women

  • You are a woman between 60 and 70 years old.
  • You have high blood pressure (hypertension) but no other heart or blood vessel diseases.
  • You do not currently smoke.
  • You have no history of alcohol abuse or drinking too much alcohol.
  • You are healthy enough to do physical exercise tests safely.
