NR and exercise for blood pressure in postmenopausal women

Hypertension (HTN)

Treatments studied

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study tests whether taking a supplement called nicotinamide riboside (NR) along with a guided exercise program can help lower blood pressure in postmenopausal Chinese women with high blood pressure. It aims to see if the combination works better than exercise alone.
