Breathing muscle warm-up for athletes

Healthy Participants

Part of Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This study looks at whether warming up your breathing muscles before exercise can help make them stronger during both fast, explosive workouts (like sprinting) and longer, steady endurance exercise (like jogging). It might be a good option for young athletes who want to see if a simple warm-up can boost their performance.
