Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of ATRT (a rare brain tumor) with loss of a specific protein (SMARCB1 or SMARCA4).
  • The tumor must have come back or gotten worse after prior treatment.
  • Age must be between 1 and 39 years old.
  • You must be able to do daily activities with some help (score of 50 or higher on a standard scale).
  • Blood tests must show that your bone marrow, kidneys, and liver are working well.

Gene therapy, checkpoint inhibitor, and radiation for children with brain cancer
