Who can take part
- Your child must have been diagnosed with a GPC3-positive recurrent ATRT (a type of brain tumor) that hasn't responded to standard treatments or can't be removed by surgery
- Your child must be at least 6 months old and able to function at a reasonable activity level (Karnofsky/Lansky score of 60% or higher)
- Your child's tumor cells must show high levels of the GPC3 protein (confirmed by a specific lab test called immunohistochemistry)
- Your child must not have an active infection, HIV, or a history of organ transplant; Hepatitis B or C are acceptable
- Your child's blood counts, kidney function, liver function, and oxygen levels must be adequate; steroids must be stable or decreasing
- Your child cannot receive other cancer treatments during this trial and must wait specific time periods after prior chemotherapy, radiation, or other immunotherapies
