Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You need to be able to understand and agree to the study in English.
- You must have kidney disease that is getting worse and need dialysis or a transplant within 6 months, OR you are already on dialysis and still make some urine (more than 100 ml per day).
- You cannot have a known allergy to iodine-based contrast dye.
- You must be able to do a fingerprick blood test and collect your urine as instructed.
- You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or have severe fluid overload.
