Who can take part

  • You or your legal guardian must agree to join the study and sign the consent form.
  • You must be 3 years old or older.
  • You must be planning to get a stem cell transplant from a half-matched family donor.
  • Your DSA level must be 5000 MFI or higher.
  • You must not have a fully matched sibling or unrelated donor, and no DSA-negative relative donor.
  • Your liver, kidney, heart, and lung function must meet the study's minimum requirements.
