Who can take part

  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Confirmed blood cancer (such as leukemia, lymphoma, or myeloma) that has come back or stopped responding after at least 2 prior treatments
  • Cancer cells must have the right protein markers (antigens) that the CAR-T cells can recognize
  • Overall health status allows for the treatment (able to do light activities or better)
  • Heart, kidney, and liver function adequate enough to safely receive the treatment
  • Able to undergo leukapheresis (a procedure to collect immune cells from your blood) and willing to follow all study visits and rules
