Who can take part
- You were in the ICU and had delirium (confusion) that was documented by a doctor or nurse.
- You are between 50 and 75 years old.
- It has been about 3 months since you left the hospital (within 76 to 104 days).
- You speak English fluently.
- You live in the community (not in a nursing home or rehab facility).
- You have a family member or close friend who can give information about your health.
- You score between 18 and 25 on a memory and thinking test (Montreal Cognitive Assessment).
