Study of a dietary program for polycystic kidney disease

Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD)

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with ADPKD (a type of kidney disease that causes cysts).
  • Your kidney function is moderate or better (eGFR of 30 or higher).
  • Your blood pressure is well-controlled (below 140/90).
  • Your BMI is 25 or higher (unless you have a lot of muscle).
  • You have a blood pressure monitor at home and can attend online classes.
