Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with ADPKD (autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease) through genetic testing or imaging
  • Your kidney function is moderately reduced but not severe (eGFR between 45–90)
  • Your kidney function has been stable for at least 3 months with no sudden drops
  • Your blood pressure and other medications have not changed for at least 4 weeks
  • You can commit to following the dietary plan the study provides
