  • You are 18 to 80 years old.
  • You have multiple myeloma that has come back or is not responding to treatment.
  • You are in generally fair health (able to do light activity).
  • You have not had certain other cancers or serious health problems in the last 5 years.
  • You are willing to use birth control during and for 7 months after treatment.
