- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have chronic low back pain that significantly affects your daily activities or emotional health
- You speak Croatian
- You are not currently in severe pain (acute pain)
- You have not taken part in a multidisciplinary pain program before
- You are not pregnant and your pain is not related to cancer
- You do not have a psychotic disorder, severe cognitive problems, or urgent psychiatric conditions
- You do not have PTSD symptoms, extreme fatigue, very low motivation, or severe reading difficulties
- You are not allergic to metal or silicone
