CAR-T cells targeting IL-1RAP for high-risk MDS

Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
  • Your MDS should be either low-risk with specific poor features (like 5-19% blasts in the marrow or bad genetic changes) or high-risk based on the IPSS-M scoring system.
  • You may be newly diagnosed, or your MDS has come back or not responded to common treatments (like Vidaza, Dacogen, or a stem cell transplant).
  • You cannot have another active cancer (like a solid tumor or leukemia) that is being treated.
  • You must be able to have a bone marrow biopsy.
