This study tests whether playing interactive hand-training games can improve hand movement and daily use after a stroke. It might help if you had a stroke 6 months to 2 years ago and can still move your wrist and fingers a little.

Who can take part
- You had an ischemic stroke (caused by a blood clot) and it's been between 6 months and 2 years.
- You are between 45 and 65 years old.
- Your weaker hand and wrist have some movement: wrist can bend at least 20 degrees and fingers can move a little (10 degrees).
- You have mild to moderate tightness in your arm muscles (grade 1+ to 2 on a special scale).
- You are generally healthy and can follow instructions (a quick memory/thinking test would show good function).
- You do not have other brain disorders, serious vision/hearing problems, or major arm joint issues.
