Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have been diagnosed with a type of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, or others listed by the study team.
- Your lymphoma must express a protein called CD19 (tested on a biopsy sample).
- You must have had at least one prior treatment that included an anti-CD20 antibody and a chemotherapy drug called an anthracycline, unless you could not take them.
- Your cancer must have either come back after a complete response (relapsed) or not responded to treatment (refractory).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and your overall health must be good enough to participate (ECOG score 0 or 1).
