Making antibody treatments more effective in early Alzheimer's

Who can take part

  • You are between 30 and 90 years old.
  • You have early Alzheimer's disease (mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia) confirmed by a spinal tap or PET scan.
  • You and your doctor plan to start a standard antibody treatment (like lecanemab or donanemab).
  • You have not had a stroke, more than 4 tiny brain bleeds, or other brain conditions that could interfere.
  • You are not on blood thinners and do not have a bleeding disorder.
  • You can have MRI and PET scans safely (no metal implants or severe claustrophobia).
