Who can take part

  • You had an ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke or a traumatic brain injury.
  • You need at least 6 weeks of outpatient rehab.
  • You can move safely on your own (a therapist will check this).
  • You have access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet and can use Teams and apps.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old and can understand German.
  • You do not have severe heart or lung disease or other major neurological conditions.
