  • You have been diagnosed with thumb arthritis (trapeziometacarpal osteoarthritis) by a doctor
  • Your thumb pain or other symptoms have lasted more than 3 months
  • You are between 25 and 74 years old
  • You can read and understand Turkish
  • You do not have other serious long-term illnesses like rheumatoid arthritis, uncontrolled diabetes, or heart disease
  • You have not had thumb surgery or another orthopedic problem on the same side
