Who can take part
- You are between 20 and 40 years old
- You have been diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis (the most common type, with no known cause)
- Your spine curve (Cobb angle) is between 15 and 40 degrees
- You have had back pain for at least 3 months, and rate it as 3 or higher on a 0–10 pain scale
- You have not had scoliosis surgery, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding
