Who can take part

  • You must have a spinal curve between 15 and 40 degrees, confirmed by an X-ray taken within the last 3 months.
  • You should not be doing any regular sports or exercise (at least 1 hour per week) for the past 6 months.
  • You need a quiet room at home with at least 4 square meters of clear floor space and a strong internet connection.
  • You'll need a computer or tablet with a screen at least 8 inches, a webcam, and good sound to take part in video sessions.
