Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 19 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (a sideways curve of the spine with no known cause).
  • Your spine curve measures between 10 and 40 degrees on an X-ray.
  • You are willing to participate, and your parent or guardian agrees if you are under 18.
  • You have not had surgery in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have other health conditions that would make exercise unsafe.
  • You are not already exercising regularly (3 or more days a week).
