Who can take part

  • You must have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has not been treated yet.
  • You must be able to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts (platelets, hemoglobin, white blood cells) and organ function (liver, kidneys, heart) must be within certain ranges.
  • You cannot have cancer that has spread to your brain, active autoimmune disease, or a history of certain lung conditions like pneumonia or fibrosis.
  • You must not have had immunotherapy or lurbinectedin before, and you should not have had another cancer in the last 5 years (except non-melanoma skin cancer).
