  • You have a regular menstrual cycle that comes every 21 to 35 days
  • You are between 18 and 30 years old
  • You do not have any muscle, nerve, or brain disease
  • You do not have any gut or sleep disorder
  • You are not taking prescription sleep medications or hormonal birth control
  • You are not recovering from a physical injury
