- You are a man between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have a recent biopsy showing a type of prostate cancer called 'unfavorable intermediate risk'.
- Your doctor plans to treat you with stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT, a precise form of radiation) plus 6 months of hormone therapy.
- You have some erectile function (enough for intercourse at least sometimes).
- You have not had pelvic radiation, prostate surgery, hormone therapy, or chemotherapy before.
- You are generally healthy and able to take part in the study.
