Who can take part

  • You are a man between 18 and 80 years old
  • You have intermediate-risk prostate cancer (Gleason 7 with 4+3 pattern, PSA between 10–20, or stage T2b/T2c)
  • You have not had pelvic radiation, prostate surgery, hormone therapy, or chemotherapy before
  • You still have some erectile function (able to get an erection at least sometimes, even if not always firm enough for intercourse)
  • Your general health is good (you can do normal daily activities without help)
