  • You have a chronic joint infection that hasn't gone away with previous antibiotic and surgical treatments
  • Your infection is caused by a type of bacteria that can be killed by the study viruses in lab tests
  • You do not have severe kidney disease (stage 5)
  • You do not have liver cirrhosis
  • You are not allergic to bacteriophage products
  • You are not currently in another clinical trial
