Who can take part

  • You must have advanced breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer must be either HER2-positive or triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
  • You have already tried the standard treatments for your cancer type, or you cannot take them.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You need to have a tumor sample that shows the cancer cell markers (HER2, MUC1, or ROR1) are present.
  • You must be in good enough health to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
