Who can take part
- Diagnosed with esophageal adenocarcinoma (or gastroesophageal junction cancer) that cannot be surgically removed or has returned/spread
- Cancer has progressed after at least one prior systemic treatment, or you are unable to tolerate standard therapy
- Your tumor must be positive for CLDN18.2 or HER2 protein (confirmed by tumor biopsy testing)
- Good overall health status with adequate organ function (heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, and bone marrow)
- Life expectancy of at least 12 weeks
- Willingness to provide tumor tissue samples for testing and undergo a fresh biopsy if safely possible
