Pilates for joint hypermobility pain

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have joint hypermobility (likely hEDS or HSD) and have had pain for at least 3 months
  • Your average pain in the past week was at least 3 out of 10
  • You can get down to the floor and stand back up without help
  • You are not currently doing yoga, tai chi, or Pilates at least 20 minutes each week
