Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a diagnosis of joint hypermobility (like Ehlers-Danlos syndrome) or joint looseness after an injury, confirmed by a doctor.
  • You have had pain in the affected joint for at least 3 months, with a pain level of 4 or higher on a 0–10 scale.
  • You have tried at least 6 weeks of physical therapy for the painful joint without enough relief.
  • You are not using NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) and can avoid them during treatment.
  • You are willing to follow study procedures and attend follow-up visits.
