Who can take part

  • You have a physician-confirmed diagnosis of HSD (Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder) or hEDS (hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome)
  • You meet the 2017 International Diagnostic Criteria for HSD or hEDS (your doctor can confirm this)
  • You've been cleared by a doctor to safely do exercise (using the Get Active Questionnaire)
  • You do not have other connective tissue disorders like rheumatoid arthritis or Marfan syndrome
  • You are not currently pregnant
  • You do not have daily knee pain, prior knee surgery or injury, or recent knee injections in the last year
