Who can take part
- You must be diagnosed with IPF (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis), confirmed by a lung scan or biopsy.
- You are between 40 and 80 years old.
- Your lung function tests must show certain levels: FEV1/FVC ratio of 0.70 or higher, FVC above 50% of predicted, and DLco above 30% of predicted.
- Your disease must be stable for at least 8 weeks before the trial starts.
- You must agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
- You cannot have other serious lung diseases, recent infections, or unstable heart conditions.
